AudirvanaHello, everyone.
  1. Audirvana does, and its interface for Tidal is different but very useable. B) Unless your DAC is unpacking MQA downstream, you are reliant upon a software unpack on your MPro. Audirvana not only unpacks MQA MUCH better, but also plays your resident albums exceptionally well. I am running from a PC, but the difference here is mind-bending.
  2. Audirvana Another app that was featured on our macOS list, Audirvana focuses on giving you control over your audio streaming from source to output. If you have a powerful computer you want to put to work processing great-sounding audio, this is an option worth considering.

Please support Audirvana Plus as an audio player. It is far superior to the spotify player and it would save me the trouble of using other services that support it. Updated on 2018-09-21.

I am currently using the Waves Q10 Paragraphic EQ plugin with Audirvana and, while it mostly works, it does make Audirvana laggy and prone to crashing especially when streaming from Tidal (or going back and forth between Tidal and my local library.)
While I contact Waves about the possibility of making Audirvana an officially supported host, I figured I'd turn to you for advice on alternatives to Q10.
My needs are:
  • Variable bands (at least 9, for which I can determine the frequency.)
  • Adjustable Q factor (like in Q10 or Peace GUI.)
  • Selectable type (e.g. peak, shelf, pass.)
  • Windows 10-compatible VST3 plugin.
